Mónica Edwards has been invited to be a plenary speaker at the 7th international conference on Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, which will take place in Universidad Abat Oliba CEU, Barcelona, Spain, the 25th-28th June 2012.

She will give a 30 min lecture about social innovation, technological development and sustainability, Science-Technology-Society-Environment issues, science education, competences and skills development, especially in creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

She will also participate in 60-minute Garden Conversations – unstructured sessions that allow delegates a chance to meet the speakers and talk with them informally about the issues arising from their presentation.
