Ismael Ràfols participa en el Workshop "Ex-ante Evaluation, Prioritization, and STI Planning" celebrado el 4-5 Julio en la  Universidade Estadual de Campinas-UNICAMP (Brasil).

The workshop aims at presenting the state of the art in this very important and topical aspect of evidence-based STI policy and at defining the next steps forward. It also purports to expose policy decision makers from the State of São Paulo and Brazil more generally to international good practice with ex ante evaluation, prioritization, and STI planning.
