In this paper, we discuss first programming model for the durations of the project activities, based on stochastic elemenls, with probabillity functions non-traditonal. Secondary, we show the results of the application macle in a draft-rise building in Region of Coquimbo, Chile. Subsequently, an analysis of the constraints, actvantage and disadvantages of uslng the model, adjusted to the characteristics of area where was applied. Flnally. several conclusions and suggestions from which the model justified.
