The OEI has organized a cycle of video-conferences about strategies of action following the document "Science, technology and innovation for development and social cohesion - Ibero-American Program for the decade of the bicentennial" which Ignacio Fernández de Lucio and Elena Martínez Castro have collaborated.This cycle of video-conferences counts on the help of the Economic, Science and Employment of the local goverment of Andalusia.
