Short CV: 

Alberto Marzucchi is a Lecturer in Economics of Innovation at SPRU, Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex (UK). Previously, he was Postdoctoral research fellow at the Dept of International Economics, Institutions and Development, Catholic University of Milan (IT) (2012-2016). He holds a PhD (European Doctorate) in Local Development and Global Dynamics (major in Innovation and Local Development) from the University of Trento (IT).
Alberto's main research interests include: sustainable innovation, innovation barriers and failures, industry dynamics, innovation employment and skills. Currently, he is Co-I of an ESRC-funded project on "Technical change, EMPloyment & Inequality. A Spatial analysis of households & plant data (TEMPIS)" which analyses the effect of technological change on occupational choices, wage distribution and inequality in the UK.
