The partners of the CESAR project visit Ingenio (CSIC-UPV) from 27-31 of May

The CESAR Project (Higher Education Contribution Latin American relations with the socioeconomic environment), aims to contribute to the modernization of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Latin America (LA), through the design and implementation of a methodology to facilitate cultural change in the IES, aiming to become agents of socio-economic development facilitators in AL. It has a co-coordination scheme between the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) through Ingenio Institute (CSIC-UPV) and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Colombia) and is funded by the European Commission in the framework of the ALFA III programme. It consists of a consortium of eight institutions of higher education in Spain, Colombia, Italy, Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Bolivia and Brazil and also has the support of at least 10 states (supranational organizations, businesses, chambers of commerce, institutes research and cooperation networks) in different countries.
