Inanna Catalá Miguel holds a degree in Biological Sciences and a DEA in engineering and innovation projects from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She has extensive experience in training, research and consultancy activities in areas such as social innovation, organizational development, innovation and knowledge management, soft technologies (creativity, leadership, teamwork, communication, personal mastery) and collaborative platforms for networking.


She is training coordinator in the DINA Program being developed by CSIC and scientifically led by INGENIO (CSIC-UPV); as well as an associate professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in the area of Business Organization; and participates as a specialist in the Master of Science and Innovation Management in the areas of Innovation Management and Knowledge Management.
In collaboration with the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia she has taught courses for PDI and PAS of these universities related to: Team Management, Personal Mastery, Communication Skills, and Burn-out Prevention.


As a consultant, she has collaborated with REDIT and the technology centers AIDO and AIMME in teaching innovation projects, and has taught courses on creativity, communication, leadership, teamwork and training of trainers, aimed at both the staff of the technology centers of the Valencian Community, as well as SMEs associated with these centers. She has been certified as an innovation management consultant by the Superior Council of Chambers and by the IMPIVA.


Additionally, she has acted as founding partner of a technology-based company within the province of Valencia. In that position, she has promoted and directed social innovation projects that combine the development of networks in which the different actors involved in the problem to be addressed are committed and work together for the generation and implementation of innovative solutions, and the implementation of technological platforms to support the collaborative work of the network. For example, the Virtual Platform for Gender Equality in the province of Granada (https://www.dipgra.es/contenidos/redesdeigualdad.dipgra.es/) and the Platform for comprehensive care of gender violence in Burjassot.


As a researcher she has participated in collaborative R+D+i projects, funded by national and Valencian Community calls. For example, 5) I-APRENDIZAJE.
